INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- 🥦 1 head (250g) broccoli
Sauce
- 1 can (65g) scallop
- 🧄 A pinch grated garlic
- 💧 100cc water
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the broccoli into small florets. Peel and slice the stem thinly. Place broccoli and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Mix all sauce ingredients (marked ☆) in a bowl.
Add the sauce mixture to a pot and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Serve the broccoli on a plate and pour the scallop sauce over it.
