INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp (frozen)
Vegetables
- 🥦 6 florets broccoli
- 🍄 1 pack king oyster mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Condiments
- 10g (2 fillets) anchovy
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 🥛 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
STEPS
Defrost the shrimp and remove the veins. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces, place in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2.5 minutes. Drain the water.
Trim the root ends of the king oyster mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the anchovies and stir to break them apart.
Add the mushrooms and shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until the shrimp change color.
Add the broccoli to the pan and stir briefly. Pour in the heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
