INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/4 head broccoli, chopped
- đź§… 1/4 onion, diced
Seafood
- 40g shirasu (whitebait)
Eggs and Dairy
- 🥚 3 eggs
- đź§€ 1 tbsp grated cheese
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Condiments
- 🍅 Ketchup to taste
STEPS
Chop the broccoli into small pieces and dice the onion into 1cm cubes.
Place broccoli and onion in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
In a bowl, crack the eggs and mix with grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Add shirasu and the cooled broccoli-onion mixture, then combine well.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, pour in the egg mixture, and stir gently until semi-cooked.
Shape the omelette into a round form using a spatula, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 6 minutes. Remove the lid, flip the omelette, and cook for another 4 minutes. Serve with ketchup.
