Main
- 1 pound extra-lean ground beef
- 🧅 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 tablespoons minced green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 🧂 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ pinch dried thyme leaves

STEPS
Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Broil in the preheated oven until steaks are cooked through, 4 to 8 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160°F (70°C).
