- 1 ¼ cups light brown sugar

- 🥛 ¼ cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Place bananas into a large resealable plastic bag, seal it, and smoosh bananas with fingers until mashed.
Mix together brown sugar and butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add mashed bananas, egg, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla to the bowl. Beat on medium speed until combined.
Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt on low speed until smooth. Spread batter into the loaf pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
