INGREDIENTS
Sauce
- 🥛 ¼ cup light sour cream
- ¼ cup reduced-fat blue cheese crumbles
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Burger Patty
- 🍗 1 ½ pounds ground chicken
- ¼ cup hot pepper sauce
- ½ teaspoon celery salt
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Assembly & Garnish
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
- 4 leaves iceberg lettuce
- ½ cup diced celery
STEPS
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Combine sour cream, blue cheese, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
Mix ground chicken, 1/4 cup hot sauce, celery salt, paprika, poultry seasoning, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Form into four 3/4-inch-thick patties.
Place patties on the grill. Cook for 6–7 minutes until grill marks appear; flip burgers. Brush cooked side with 1 tablespoon hot sauce and cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), about 5 minutes more.
Lightly toast rolls on the grill if desired. Place 1 lettuce leaf on each bottom roll; top with a burger, 2 tablespoons blue cheese sauce, and 2 tablespoons diced celery. Cover with top roll and serve.
