INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/4 daikon, cut into sticks
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, cut into sticks
- 1/2 bunch chives, cut into 4cm pieces
Meat
- 200g sliced beef
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- Sesame seeds, to taste
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang
STEPS
Cut daikon and carrot into sticks. Cut chives into 4cm pieces.
Place beef and seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, garlic paste, gochujang) into a plastic bag and massage to marinate.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add daikon and carrot, stir-frying until daikon becomes translucent.
Add marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add chives and stir-fry until softened. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
