INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef for bulgogi
- 🍚 2.5 cups cooked rice
- 🌰 Adequate amount of sesame seeds
- 🌰 Adequate amount of black sesame seeds
Bulgogi Marinade
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tsp rice wine
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp ground sesame seeds
- 🌿 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 🧂 A dash of black pepper
STEPS
Mix the thinly sliced beef with the bulgogi marinade ingredients and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and stir-fry the marinated beef until fully cooked.
Mix the cooked rice with a pinch of salt and a little sesame oil.
Take a small portion of rice, place some cooked bulgogi in the center, and shape it into a ball.
Roll the rice ball in a mixture of sesame seeds and black sesame seeds until evenly coated.
