INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 300 grams of beef for bulgogi
Seasoning
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sugar

STEPS
Slice the beef thinly for preparation.
In a large bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, chopped onions, sesame oil, chopped scallions, and black pepper. Marinate well.
Heat a pan on medium heat and stir-fry the marinated beef.
Once cooked, sprinkle sesame seeds for the finishing touch.
