INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
- 🥬 400g daikon radish
- 1 piece ginger
- yuzu peel, thinly sliced, as needed
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 200ml water
STEPS
Pour hot water over the yellowtail fillets briefly, pat dry with kitchen paper, and cut into large bite-sized pieces.
Cut the daikon into 2cm thick rounds and peel the skin. Peel and thinly slice the ginger.
Layer daikon, yellowtail, and ginger in a pot. Add the seasoning ingredients and cover with a scum-removal sheet. Cover the pot with a lid and simmer on high mode for 4 hours.
Serve on a plate and garnish with thinly sliced yuzu peel.
