INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🌽 1 can (150g) corn
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Herbs
- 🌿 Chopped parsley to taste
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp consomme
- 💧 420ml water
STEPS
Slice the bacon into thin strips.
Add soaked rice and seasoning ingredients (☆) to a clay pot and mix well. Add corn, bacon, and butter, then lightly stir.
Cover the pot and heat on medium until boiling.
Reduce to low heat and cook for 12–15 minutes. Increase to medium-high heat for 30–40 seconds to create a crispy bottom layer, then turn off the heat and let it steam for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle chopped parsley and mix the rice before serving.
