INGREDIENTS
Vinaigrette
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 🧅 2 tablespoons shallot, finely diced
- 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped
- 🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salad
- 1 package butter lettuce, washed and torn
- 🍃 1 cup sugar snap peas, trimmed
STEPS

For the vinaigrette, combine olive oil, white wine vinegar, shallots, Dijon mustard, fresh tarragon, salt, and black pepper in a Mason jar. Shake vigorously until emulsified.
