INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves cabbage
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
Oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
Liquids
- đź’§ 400 ml water
Seasonings
- 1 tsp consomme
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into 1 cm wide strips.
Slice the bacon into thin strips.
Heat olive oil and bacon in a pot over medium heat and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
Add water and consomme to the pot and bring to a boil. Then add cabbage and cherry tomatoes, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
