INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, cut into 3cm pieces
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into 3cm square pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the canned mackerel and stir gently to break it apart.
Spread the cabbage evenly in the pan, cover with a lid, and steam for 30 seconds over medium heat.
Remove the lid and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until the cabbage becomes tender. Add curry powder, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
