INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 80g ground chicken
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves (80g)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp potato starch
Soup Base
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- đź§‚ Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź’§ 400ml water
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, sake, salt, pepper, and potato starch until sticky.
Heat the soup base ingredients in a pot over medium heat until boiling. Scoop the chicken mixture into bite-sized balls and add to the pot. Skim off any foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the cabbage and simmer for another 2 minutes until softened.
