INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
Protein
- 🍖 2 slices of ham
Noodles
- 30g glass noodles
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- đź§‚ 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp olive oil
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into thin strips. Slice the cucumber diagonally into thin slices, then cut into thin strips. Cut the ham in half and slice into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix the cabbage, cucumber, and salt. Let it sit for 3 minutes, then squeeze out the excess water.
Boil water in a pot, add the glass noodles, and cook according to the package instructions. Drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil).
Add the prepared vegetables, noodles, and ham to the bowl with the seasoning. Mix well.
