- 🥬 450g cabbage, chopped

- 100g hanpen, mashed
Condiments
- 🌾 2 tbsp ground white sesame

STEPS
Cut the cabbage into 1cm wide pieces.
Place the cabbage in a bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Drain the excess water thoroughly.
In a plastic bag, mash the hanpen by hand. Add the cabbage, ground white sesame, and soy sauce, then mix well.
