INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage, thinly sliced
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms, trimmed
Seafood
- 1 piece pollock roe, extracted
Seasoning

STEPS
Thinly slice the cabbage. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Extract the contents of the pollock roe.
Place the cabbage and shimeji mushrooms in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Drain excess water.
Mix the pollock roe and black pepper with the microwaved vegetables.
