    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • Pinch of red pepper
    • 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 💧 500cc water

Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice chives into 3cm lengths. Mince garlic and ginger.

Cut pork belly into 2cm wide strips.

Heat sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add pork and cook over medium heat until the meat changes color.
