INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 leaves (200g) cabbage
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
Liquid
- đź’§ 200cc water
- 🥛 200cc milk
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi granules
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
Garnish
- đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the carrot into thin quarter-circle pieces.
Heat a pot with pork and water. Once boiling, skim off the foam. Add cabbage, carrot, and dashi granules, mix, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Dissolve miso into the soup and add milk. Heat over medium heat until warmed through.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
