INGREDIENTS

- 1 green chili pepper
Seafood

Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌾 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
- 0.3 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, red pepper powder, plum extract, oligosaccharide, minced garlic, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
Slice the cabbage, onion, and squid into bite-sized pieces.
Pour the sauce over the sliced ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add the green chili pepper.
Cook without adding water by sealing the pot lid with a damp kitchen towel to trap moisture. Cook on low heat.
Serve over rice and mix well before eating.
