INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce (2x concentrated)
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Dairy
- 🧈 5g salted butter
STEPS
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the carrot after halving it lengthwise.
Place cabbage, carrot, soy sauce, and curry powder into a microwave-safe container and mix well. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Add butter and canned tuna to the mixture and stir thoroughly. Serve warm or chilled.
