INGREDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 250g ground beef and pork mix
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🥬 300g cabbage
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Meat Seasoning
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🥚 1 egg
Sauce
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 💧 100ml water
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Garnish
- 🥔 80g potato salad
- Pinch of chopped parsley
STEPS
Thinly slice half of the cabbage and chop the rest. Microwave the chopped cabbage for 1 minute at 600W, then squeeze out excess water.
Boil water in a pot, gently add eggs, and cook for 7 minutes. Cool in cold water to make boiled eggs.
Mix ground meat with breadcrumbs, milk, salt, pepper, and one egg until sticky. Add chopped cabbage and mix further. Shape into two oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook patties until browned on both sides. Add sauce ingredients except butter, cover, and simmer for 7 minutes. Add butter and reduce sauce until thickened.
Serve rice in a bowl, top with sliced cabbage, halved boiled eggs, potato salad, and patties. Drizzle sauce and sprinkle parsley.
