INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- š¦ 1 handful shrimp
- š„¬ 1/6 cabbage, sliced
- š„ 1/5 carrot, sliced
- š§ 1/3 onion, sliced
- Chopped green onion
- Chopped chili pepper
- š§ Sliced garlic
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
Shrimp Marinade
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- Pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Slice cabbage, onion, and carrot. Chop green onion and chili pepper. Slice garlic.
Marinate shrimp with rice wine and black pepper.
Heat oil in a pan and sautƩ green onion, garlic, and chili pepper on low heat to release their aroma.
Increase heat to high and stir-fry onion and carrot for about 2 minutes.
Add shrimp to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until cooked.
Add cabbage and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
Serve the stir-fried ingredients over a plate of rice.
