INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/6 head cabbage
- 1 bell pepper
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp curry powder
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Cut the cabbage and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until fully cooked. Add the cabbage and bell pepper and stir-fry briefly.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, ketchup, curry powder, garlic paste) and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
