- 🥬 200g shredded cabbage

- 🐟 100g drained tuna
- 🥚 2 eggs
Condiments
- 1 tbsp tuna sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice

STEPS
Shred the cabbage into thin slices.
Drain the tuna to remove excess oil.
Heat a pan and add cooking oil.
Add the shredded cabbage to the pan.
Cook the cabbage until it softens.
Add tuna sauce and stir to combine.
Add oyster sauce and stir until evenly coated.
Add the drained tuna and stir-fry until heated through.
Create a space in the pan and crack the eggs to fry.
Transfer the cooked cabbage, tuna, and eggs to a bowl.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and drizzle sesame oil on top.
