INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- 18.75 ounce brownie mix
- 2 1/8 ounces all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
Add-ins
- 🍫 1 cup chocolate chips
Special
- 10 frozen Cadbury Creme Eggs
STEPS
Freeze the Cadbury Creme Eggs for at least 2 to 12 hours until solid.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, chocolate syrup packet (if present), flour, melted butter, egg, and espresso powder to form a stiff dough. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Divide the dough into 10 portions, about 3 ounces or 1/4 cup each. Flatten each portion and wrap around a frozen Cadbury Creme Egg completely, sealing it in dough.
Arrange cookie dough balls on prepared baking sheets, at least 2 inches apart, 5 cookies per sheet.
Bake cookies for 10 to 11 minutes until edges are set but the centers remain soft. Do not overbake.
Cool on the tray for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely, or serve warm.
