INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 🥕 1 carrot (150g), julienned
- 2 bell peppers (60g), thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Julienne the carrot. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and membranes, and slice thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add carrot, bell peppers, and canned tuna, stirring until the oil coats the ingredients.
Add the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, salt and pepper) and white sesame seeds. Stir-fry until well combined.
