INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (50g) pollock roe
- 🥕 1 medium carrot (150g), julienned
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Julienne the carrot into thin strips.
Make a cut in the pollock roe and scoop out the contents with a spoon.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the carrot until softened.
Add the pollock roe and stir briefly, then add the seasonings and cook until the liquid is almost gone.
