INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥕 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 🥔 3 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 3 lettuce leaves, shredded
Condiments
- đź§‚ 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder
- đź’§ 500 ml water
STEPS
Add water to the pot, place the chopped potatoes and carrots into it, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add salt and black pepper powder, then continue simmering for 5 minutes.
Finally, add the shredded lettuce, stir evenly, turn off the heat, and let it sit for 2 minutes before serving.
