- ¼ cup margarine
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
- 1 ⅓ cups white sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour one 9x13 inch pan, or two 7x3 inch loaf pans.

In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually stir this dry mixture into the wet banana mixture until evenly combined.
Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan or pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan to finish cooling on a wire rack.
