INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 stalk celery
- Leaves from 1 stalk celery
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, minced
Seafood
- 100g boiled octopus, chopped
Condiments
- 30g (10 pieces) olives
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🍅 100cc tomato juice
STEPS
Remove the strings from the celery and slice diagonally. Chop the celery leaves into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant. Add the octopus and stir-fry over medium heat.
Once the octopus is cooked, add celery, olives, and the seasoning ingredients (salt, pepper, tomato juice). Mix well, cover with a lid, and simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes. Add the celery leaves and cook briefly before serving.
