INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1 bag (200g) mixed cut vegetables
- 🌽 to taste canned corn
Seafood
- 1/2 stick kamaboko (fish cake)
Staples
- 2 packs (200g) Chinese noodles
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🥛 100cc milk
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400cc water
STEPS
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and slice the kamaboko thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a deep frying pan and stir-fry the pork belly over medium heat until its color changes.
Add the cut vegetables and stir briefly, then mix in the seasonings (☆).
Bring to a boil, add the Chinese noodles, and cook for about 2 minutes while loosening them. Add the kamaboko and milk, and warm through.
Serve in bowls and top with canned corn.
