- 🐟 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 4 slices (70g) Camembert cheese
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Oils
- 150cc olive oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chili flakes
STEPS
Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili flakes in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add the mackerel can and simmer over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add the Camembert cheese slices.
