INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head (300g) cabbage
- 🧅 1 (200g) onion
- 🥕 1/2 (75g) carrot
- 1 bunch (100g) chives
Dairy
- 🧀 160g pizza cheese
- 🧀 80g sliced cheddar cheese
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, slice the carrot thinly, cut the onion into 1cm strips, and chop the chives into manageable lengths.
Slice the cheddar cheese into thin strips and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the marinade ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, garlic, ginger) in a plastic bag and massage into the chicken.
Heat sesame oil on a hot plate, add the vegetables and marinated chicken, and cook covered until the chicken is fully cooked.
Push the cooked ingredients to the sides of the hot plate, place pizza cheese and cheddar cheese in the center, and cover until the cheese melts.
