INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 2-3 cabbage leaves
- đź§… 1/2 green onion
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
Oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Cheese
- đź§€ 50g pizza cheese
Garnish
- đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
STEPS
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Slice cabbage into thick strips, cut green onion diagonally, and thinly slice carrot after cutting into 1cm diagonal pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Boil somen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and rinse under cold water to remove starch.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add chicken, and stir-fry until color changes. Add carrot and cook until softened.
Add green onion and cabbage, mix well, then add somen noodles and seasoning mixture. Stir and gather everything in the center of the pan.
Sprinkle pizza cheese around the edges of the pan, let it melt, and garnish with chopped green onion.
