INGREDIENTS

- 1 sheet aburaage
- 🥚 2 eggs
- đź§€ 1 slice cheese
Cooking Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
STEPS
Cut the aburaage in half, open it into a pouch, and flip the inside out.
Place half a slice of folded cheese inside each pouch, then crack an egg into each. Seal the opening with a toothpick.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the pouches in, and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Flip and cook the other side similarly.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar) to the pan and simmer until the pouches are well coated.
