INGREDIENTS

- 200g pork belly block
Vegetables
- 1 bunch chives
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion (white part)
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic

- 50g kimchi

- pepper to taste
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the pork belly into 1cm slices. Slice the chives into 4cm lengths. Thinly slice the white part of the green onion. Thinly slice the garlic.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan. Add the pork belly and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the chives, green onion, kimchi, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry until everything is well mixed.
Add the pizza cheese, cover with a lid, and heat over medium heat until the cheese melts. Serve and enjoy.
