INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🌠6 sausages (120g)
- đź§€ 2 slices of cheese
- 50g shiratamako (glutinous rice flour)
- đź’§ 4 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🥪 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🍯 1 tsp honey
- đź§„ A pinch of grated garlic
STEPS
In a bowl, add shiratamako and gradually mix in water in three portions to form a dough.
Cut each slice of cheese into three equal pieces.
In another bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients (gochujang, ketchup, honey, garlic) to make the gochujang sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the sausages for about 2 minutes, rolling them to cook evenly.
Remove the sausages and wipe off excess oil from the pan. Pour 1/6 of the dough into the pan to form an oval shape and cook on low heat. Once the surface is dry and cooked, place a piece of cheese and a sausage on top, then roll it up.
Skewer two rolls onto each stick, plate them, and drizzle with gochujang sauce and mayonnaise.
