INGREDIENTS

- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
- 🐖 80g ground pork
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧀 1/2 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧅 1 tsp chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Place bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, miso, doubanjiang, and white sesame seeds) and mix well.
Serve cooked rice in a bowl. Top with the microwaved bean sprouts, then place the stir-fried pork mixture in the center. Sprinkle grated cheese and chopped green onion on top.
