INGREDIENTS

- 8 slices pork belly (210g)
Dairy

- 4 bell peppers (120g)

- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the stems and seeds.
Cut the cheese slices in half.
Stuff each bell pepper half with a piece of cheese, then wrap tightly with one slice of pork belly. Repeat to make 8 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned. Flip and continue cooking, rolling to ensure even browning. Once crispy, remove excess oil with a paper towel.
Add the concentrated soy sauce to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, coating the rolls evenly.
