INGREDIENTS
Main
- 50g ground pork
- 🥚 3 eggs, beaten
- 120g shredded cabbage
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- đź§€ 2 slices of melting cheese
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Topping
- 2 tbsp okonomiyaki sauce
- Sprinkle of aonori (seaweed flakes)
STEPS
Heat vegetable oil in a rectangular pan and stir-fry ground pork over medium heat until the color changes. Add cabbage and stir-fry until softened. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour 1/4 of the beaten eggs into the pan and stir gently until semi-cooked. Flatten the mixture and place slices of melting cheese on top.
Fold the mixture from the back to the front, rolling it into a log shape. Push it to the back of the pan and repeat until all egg mixture is used.
Cut into bite-sized pieces, plate, and drizzle with okonomiyaki sauce. Sprinkle aonori on top before serving.
