INGREDIENTS

- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🥓 8 slices of bacon
- 100g sausage (finely chopped)
- 🧀 50g cheese (shredded)
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧈 1 teaspoon of butter
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grease the muffin tin with butter and line with bacon to form cups.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and mix well.
Place the chopped sausage and cheese into the bacon, then pour in the egg mixture.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the eggs are set.
Allow to cool slightly, remove from the tin, and serve.
