Main Ingredients
- 🥓 1/2 pound bacon
- 2 cans crescent roll dough
- 🧀 8 ounces Cheddar cheese
- 🥚 1 large egg

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook bacon until slightly crispy but still pliable (about 5 minutes). Drain and set aside.

Place about 1 tablespoon of cheese on the bottom of each dough triangle, top with a slice of bacon, and lay a pickle horizontally on the bottom. Roll up and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and toasted (about 12 minutes).
