- š„ 2 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered

STEPS
Prepare the ingredients: peel and quarter the potatoes, finely chop the carrot and onion.
Boil the potatoes until soft, and sautƩ the carrot and onion in butter until tender.
Mash the boiled potatoes and mix them with the sautƩed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
Take a portion of the mashed potato mixture, flatten it, and place a cheese cube in the center. Shape into a ball.
Pan-fry the potato balls in butter until golden brown on all sides.
