INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 1 chicken breast (250g)
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- đź§‚ Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
STEPS
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into thin strips (7-8mm wide). Season with salt, pepper, and potato starch, then massage to coat.
Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, ginger, lemon juice, salt, pepper, chicken stock powder) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add bean sprouts and stir-fry quickly. Pour in the sauce and mix well to combine.
