INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 125g chicken thigh
- 🥬 150g cabbage
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sake
Spicy Sauce
- 1 tbsp steaming juice
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- Chili oil to taste
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt.
Place the chicken in a microwave-safe container, drizzle with sake, add cabbage, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let it sit for 2 minutes to cook through with residual heat. Reserve 1 tbsp of steaming juice.
Mix the reserved steaming juice, ponzu sauce, grated ginger, and chili oil in a bowl to create the spicy sauce.
Serve the chicken and cabbage on a plate and drizzle with the spicy sauce.
