INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 125g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g Chinese cabbage
- 🍋 6 slices lemon
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- đź§‚ Pinch of pepper
Liquids
- đź’§ 500ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the chicken until browned.
Add the Chinese cabbage and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add lemon slices and water, bring to a boil, then add sake and salt. Cover and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with pepper.
