INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 300g daikon radish
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- đź’§ 150cc water
- đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 whole chili pepper
STEPS
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Cut daikon into half, peel thickly, and slice into 1cm thick half-moon pieces. Slice green onion diagonally into 2cm pieces.
Remove stem and seeds from chili pepper and chop. Mix all miso sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Place daikon, green onion, and chicken in a microwave-safe bowl. Add miso sauce and pour water over. Cover and microwave at 600W for 8 minutes. Let sit covered for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped green onion.
