- 🍗 1/2 piece chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch garlic chives

- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (300g)

- 1 tsp grated ginger

- 2 tsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)

STEPS
Cut the chicken thigh and garlic chives into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add water and cooked white rice. Break up the rice and heat over medium heat until boiling.
Add chicken thigh and grated ginger to the pot. Mix and simmer for about 2 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Add soy sauce and salt to the pot. Turn off the heat and mix in the garlic chives.
